Morning Meditation
Morning meditation will continue through the Fall season. Every meditation begins with chanting the Refuges and Precepts followed by a Mindfulness of Breathing, Metta Bhavana or open meditation of your choice. There is no instruction. A lovely way to start the day. Monday – Friday 7:15 - 7:50 a.m.
Intermediate Study Group
>>Moving from Dukkha to Sraddha
Starting Monday, September 13th Varashuri and Saramati will lead a 10 week study group focusing on moving from dukkha (suffering) to sraddha (faith). This is not a drop-in group. For more information come to the first class this Monday for an introduction. Mondays, 7 – 9 pm
Sangha Night
Sangha Night will continue every Wednesday through the Fall. Come together to meditate, listen to and discuss the Dharma and how it applies to our practice, and catch up on what is happening in our lives. Every evening starts with tea followed by a meditation and focused topic with invited guests. The first Wednesday of every month will be a Sevenfold Puja. Watch your email for upcoming topics. Wednesdays, 7—9 pm
Women’s Night
The last Tuesday of every month is Women’s Night from 7 – 9 pm. Topics to be announced. Watch your email for more information.
Retreats
As of now there are no other Fall retreats planned. However, day and half day retreats are likely to happen so watch your email and check our web site for more information.
